I made the base of this dish with a tamir...Jeremy,<br /><br />I made the base of this dish with a tamirid fried soft shell crab instead of the fish. Everything was amazing! I think I'll stick to your traditional recipie next time top get a true feel of what it is supposed to taste like. Your blog is awesome. Just got thru all the entries this weekend.
